They have friendly staff! Chase was so helpful and answered all of my questions. I even got a hello from another employee that was off the clock. The guy who fixed my phone screen came out to talk about my phone when I picked it up. They had my screen fixed in less than an hour and seriously saved my day!

Do not go here unless insurance sends you here! They charge A LOT for screen repair. $350 for my pixel 6 pro. I went here because this is the place google partners with. He threw around the idea of a warranty claim, did not explain the information well (terrible communication skills) and clearly did not even put in for warranty based on how he was speaking when I picked up phone to pay. They work hard to sell you stuff (their warranty programs) and liquid glass case. Which I later found out is basically a scam company!! Don't but liquid glass unless you have the time to deal with terrible app and costumer service to set it up or else they won't accept any claims. Anyone pushing a product so hard from a company that is a scam can't be very reputable in general! I wish I would have put more effort into checking other places and prices.

I would recommend this shop for any repairs you need. Friendly and curious staff. Even though they couldn't duplicate the problem work my computer, they gave me several options to try and didn't pressure me into the most expensive like so many places.

What great service, brought my tablet in there and it was dead as a doornail I couldn't get it to do anything, girl there said she put it on a charger and see if she couldn't bring it back to life, I said I charged it all night and got nothing, she said we have a better charge, so she asked me if I had an errand to do and I said yes, and she said she'd like to charge it for 15 or 20 minutes. I came back after 15 minutes and she told me that she had some good news and some bad news, the good news was my tablet was revived, the bad news, lousy charger. They would not take payment so I said thank you very much, and decided to give them a super review instead. They deserve it.
