Dave the "Manager" complete tool. I wouldn't go here. They have Mart in their nme. Tells you enough about the customer service. Wouldn't refund my scratched glasses they gave me. So I had to go to corporate to get my refund. Thank you to the higher ups for making it right.

Questions & Answers

Is this place still open? I've been trying for two hours to contact them but it rings, picks up, then I get a fax type pitch on the phone. My ins company tried calling them and they got the same thing.

Our office hours are Monday - Thursday 10-6, Fridays 10-5 and by appointment only on Saturdays. We have two telephone lines, the published line for incoming and outgoing calls, line two is our fax line. We have our telephone system set up, if line one is in use instead of getting a busy signal it "rolls" to our our second line which is our fax line. I am sorry you have not been able to reach our staff. Currently, we are experiencing high call volume, due to our September Eye Exam scheduling has opened.
