I scheduled a tour and prior to my tour, a young man from the leasing office reached out and told me that the property was actually full, but if I wanted I could tour two near by properties that the company owns. after he and his brothers explained all the differences between the three, I decided to take him up on it and was able to tour with staff who had answers to all my questions about the property and the nearby area! I was truly impressed with both the property and the staff

Aaron & Gina, the best. These 2 are very attentive to me & my needs here in the Village. It’s been a big transition from the previous owners, George & company, but I find our new owners quite nice & and are still working out the kinks. I moved into The Village at Bridgewater in July. It is the perfect apartment rental; spacious, updated, clean, attentive maintenance staff, quiet, great neighbors plus they even have short term rental options and accept pets. Gina who works in the office is phenomenal, she is very responsive to all your questions and concerns. I couldn't be more pleased moving here.

I have lived here for 4 years now. I was here with the old owner, George. I have loved living here. The new owners made the transition easy. Gina, the office manager has been a delight. Whenever I have a problem with something in the unit, I call her and she is on it right away. She is really friendly and helpful. She has kept the lines of communication open. They are in the process of making some upgrades to our development ~ not that we really needed it, but nice to have. This is a quiet, family oriented neighborhood and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new residence.
