Most discraseful disregard of human life and dignity. My mom was mistreated, devalued, hurt, neglected and stolen from. She developed several infections from not being cleaned, nursing staff and administrator would not listen to us for at least a week about symptoms we were seeing which ultimately led to a week long hospitalization where my Mom was incoherent, un responsive, and hallucinating. When we picked up her belongings money she had for soda and vending machine was missing. Every call placed to facility either to diccuss care or arrange pickup of belongings was unanswered. Please save your family members from this place. Their lisence should be revoked.

This place is awful. They stole my mother's money she had for soda, they refused to give us her personal belongs, they wouldn't return phone calls. The administration that runs this place should be embarrassed by the way they act. My mother was infected by staff because staff does not use safe hygienic practices. The food is a joke. How is chicken nuggets healthy or a good food option for senior citizens. Be very care if you send a loved one here. They will get worse over time if they are in need of physical therapy.

Disgusting place with sticky floors,(daily) stains on rugs, short staffed, no call bell near loved one, call bell did not work, staff complained about patient's diarrhea, major injury to patient (no apology), cold, tasteless food. I could go on....
