I was in your Urgent Care today.I hit an underground nest of yellow jackets ,stung by dozens,and immediately started swelling and in pain.I was met by Dr John Green. That is one very very impressive physician.Great bedside manor,extremely intelligent and got me straightened out quickly.I spent 37 years as a Respiratory Therapist in a hospital before I retired.I have seen the good,the bad and the mediocre when in comes to physicians,this Dr is a gem.As long as he’s there,I know where to go to for emergencies.Thank You Dr Green

Turned me and my 11 month old son away, who was in need of care, because we don't have the right insurance. Will definitely go to Patient First from now on.

My sister was from out of state on a visit. she became ill and this urgent care took her insurance, took good care of her, and treated her with patience and respect. I personally have been here two times in the past and was treated with the same respect.

It was quick even though I was the only one waiting they took the next person to come in before me. They put info in today's visit they didn't even check, weight, temperature ect. They didn't clean out my scrape just ran a alcohol swab over it. I am diabetic and on blood thinners I guess they didn't want to clean it too well because it might start bleeding. Then they sent my antibiotics to the wrong pharmacy I told them Mechanicsburg Walmart they sent it to Camp Hill. I had to track them down today to have it switched. As I was leaving the wrap they put on the scrape started coming undone and was dragging behind me. I am 61years old and on disability so things aren't real easy for me. I live in the Altoona pa area and the UPMC there is much better run. I was very disappointed last night I guess they were all in a hurry to go home. Jim
