The Branding Iron is a place we go to when we want a nice, up scale, sit down experience. They handled our large group (15) with ease, and it was fun to see the variety of food served - their menu offers a lot of variety. If you are looking for an app other than cheese curds, the onion rings are fabulous! The grilled chicken club had tender and juicy chicken - would definitely order again. The Ruben received rave reviews as well. The Mahi mahi with pineapple salsa was excellent as well! An added bonus was the view - especially as the sun was setting.

Absolutely love going to the Branding Iron!!! Kyle is great to visit with and the service is awesome! I love the rueben! They are now making their own apple bourbon kraut!! The fries are fantastic as well as their house salad! So many great options to chose from!

We have been to this restaurant many times and it has always been a great experience. We brought our friends here tonight and had our first bad experience. But it was really bad. First our reservation was crossed out so we got seated way in the back by the old cook station. Then our waitress took forever to bring our drinks(my friend ordered a grasshopper and it was half melted when it got to our table). Then our food took over and hour and that was after we had already asked for our drinks because it took like 30 minutes to get them. Once the food did come it came out in multiple stages probably 15 -20 minutes apart. Our friends were almost done with their food before we even got ours. Steaks were not cooked correctly and had to be sent back. Also ordered shrimp with the meals and one set didn't come out until we were all done eating for at least 10 minutes. I had to get up three different times to ask for things because the waitress never came back. Waitress never came back to ask if we wanted more drinks. My friends had a terrible impression especially since we had told them how good the place was. The waitress Never apologized for how terrible the service was or offered to make anything right which is basically why I am writing this review. I can forgive them having an off night if the waitress had acted like she cared but she didnt. If this was my first time coming here I wouldn't go back. I'm sure our friends won't. The only reason we will go back is because we have had prior experience which was good. I wanted management to know so they can correct the problem. If this kind of service continues they will definitely lose business.
