The management and the maintenance workers are sneaky and they like to try and bully the residents. They also keep raising the lot rent and taking away services that were part of the lease. The maintenance guys don't do anything until Saturdays I guess it's for the overtime. But don't worry your lot rent will be raised this year again you can count on that.

Do not come here. Terrible management. Espetially this 2 woman seats in the office .one pretending to be manager .the other one very unprofetional. Very expensive rentel lots . not safe for the children .

Most homes come with a shed. You would need to check website for homes in that price range. However you need to call the office and get approved before anything. I'm sure if you discuss your questions with an employee they could help. There is a lot feel you need to pay monthly. And everyone over 18 has to be approved I hope this helps
