The Villas at Loganville is the place to live at if you are looking for a quality living and lifestyle. The office staff and maintenance team make you feel important and needed. The residents are excellent, very respectful and helpful. They have a community spirit and will offer assistance with very little things that tend to go a long way. On two occasions I have been stuck at the gate after forgetting my fob key and trying to get in through the visitors side but other residents actually called out to me and led me in. I'm so happy to be a part of this community. BRAVO VILLAS!

Yes and Yes
They aren't income based from my understanding. My mother-in-law lives there though and it seems like a very quiet, clean, and safe gated apartment community. The ladies at the front office have been very kind to my mother-in-law. I have nothing but good things to say about them. The complex isn't specifically geared toward the elderly though. So, there aren't community activities or things you might find in a retirement community.
