I agree with the other reviews that the service prices are reasonable but I really think they need to work on their customer service and craftmamship. If you can't do a design in a picture shown to you, don't say you can and then get mad when the customer (me) tells you they don't like it. The nail tech even tried twice and both times I didn't like it and requested another tech to do my design. The tech that was trying to design my toes got mad and kind of slammed the nail polishes in the drawer. She just got up and walked away. I waited for about 5 minutes and approached another worker who claimed to be the manager and asked him who was going to finish my toes. He replied someone was coming shortly. 20 minutes later, I get a design I didn't want. Frankly, I was just tired of waiting. A 30 minute service was quickly turning in to 1 1/2 hr job.Not to mention, both techs that it took to finish my pedi never cleaned up my french tip leaving it sloppy. This will be my first and last time coming here.

Poor quality work from the hyper emotional one who forgot to do the cuticle part of the pedicure. She didn’t understand English so I had to repeat myself several times. To which she began screaming in Vietnamese to all the workers creating a scene then screaming to me. She then proceeded painfully and with attitude said ok. No it’s not ok. Do your job, have respect and learn English.

Don't let Bill do your nails. He is very annoying and did not give me options on what service I wanted. Bill just started working and got irritated with me because I would not allow him to use the electric file on cuticle bed of toes. My manicure was also inadequate. No tip for Bill.
