I went in to buy a guest book for my departed wife's celebration of life and they did not have any you have to buy it online. Plus their bathroom was locked I had to get somebody to open it. But the young man who helped me was very nice. So I ended up at Hallmark.

HOURS ON DOOR SAY 8:00am-8:00pm. Apparently their own employees aren't sure what they are.. I walked in at 7:52pm, just to get one thing. I wasn't going to be browsing the store. My transaction would have taken 3 minutes, just like it ended up being at STAPLES. I asked the red headed lady where I would find the item, and she replies with "our registers are closed. We close in 2 minutes." I looked at my watch, and I said "no you close in 8 minutes." She didn't offer to open one to help me, just couldn't help me. Why even keep the store open for 8 more minutes? I'm sure they were closed for 10-15 minutes. Literally no reason to have the doors open if you're going to turn everyone away since you close in 8 minutes. I've worked retail in the past, and I've never closed registers prior to the posted times. Like she said "unfortunately" I'll be reporting this incident to corporate tomorrow morning.. You’re being paid to do your job, that you’re obviously not doing and losing revenue and they should know about that.

I went to the locations for some copies , and it was the best way and price, I was also able to print from my cellphone wich was the fast way . The employees wew very nice and knowledgeable , if I need to save money and time I will go for sure. Plus I find everything for work at home.
