This is one of a kind campground. Very neatly kept and provides facilities we haven't seen elsewhere. The hosts are sweet and very helpful. Camping beneath the giant trees is a great experience

Take Back Roads

This place is awesome. I’m not usually this enamored with organized campgrounds, but the sites are spaced well and the facilities are clean. It was very quiet at night, so quiet that we could actually hear the ocean while laying in our tents. The trees are stunning of course and it’s not a big campground so it’s not a ton of people. The beach for pulling out our kayaks was the only downside, there’s not any easy flat spots to beach. The river itself was shockingly clear and very peaceful: slow-flowing and wide in many places. The walk to the coast is about 1.5 miles one way, depending on which site you are at. Book early if you want to stay here though because it literally is booked six months out if you need to go on a weekend.

Great little camp site just north of sea ranch. About a mile hike to coastal bluffs and whale watching point and next to creek.

Quiet, densely forested campground, roomy sites with table, fire ring, food lockers, water faucet nearby. Nice clean restrooms with flush toilets, hot water, electrical outlet, soap and towels, pay shower. Fire wood for purchase. Hiking trails.
