Today was my first visit and I will be back! It’s a busy place, but Emily was not rushed while doing my nails and did a great job. I’ve been getting dipped for over a year and this was by FAR my best experience yet. And the music was awesome!!!

Super friendly, attempted my daughters first pedicure and manicure for her 3rd birthday she was so excited until we got there and it was a no go. They were very calm, helpful and understanding. My only complaint is my manicure is a bit messy, my fingers weren’t soaked or cuticles trimmed, the dip powder needed to be filed down more on the sides. I’m giving the benefit of the doubt with my daughter probably being a distraction in the beginning. I would go back for a second chance due to customer service.

Absolutely the BEST! Nancy, Peter and their whole team are amazing! After years of tolerating bad and disrespectful service at another salon, I am so happy! Even my husband is a bit addicted! His feet have never looked better… and hands!

Today, I had a 2:00 PM gel manicure appointment at Pro Nail Cave Creek. This being mentioned, the service had been efficient while the staff had been friendly. I originally planned for an hour or so for my appointment considering the popularity of this nail salon. However, the overall process regarding the completion of my gel manicure took 30-35 mins compared to 60 mins. In short, I highly recommend Pro Nail Cave Creek!
