Received an unsolicited mailer about homeowners insurance with a Google Street image of the house, which is a little weird in my opinion, further more it was addressed to us, who are the renters and not the homeowners, which a simple property records search would have shown, lazy and unprofessional, would not use them if I was the homeowner.

She always responds to my requests right away and she acts immediately. She always answers my questions completely. She is always available and I feel prioritized when I call her for help. She listens and explains everything. She is knowledgeable about the industry and informed about local insurance agency needs. Once, she researched and recommended me a great Allstate agent for my vehicles in another state. I have only worked with another agent from the agency one other time in the last 5 years and she to was kind, helpful and thorough. I have all my insurance coverages with Allstate. I will not go anywhere else for insurance needs. I met Devery Prince once and he was very nice.
