I called to make an appointment for a ruptured Achilles’ tendon. It is under work man’s Comp. Which I explained to the girl. I told her my claim number when I was transferred and left a message. Being in a lot of pain I called and left 3 messages for 2 days to finally be called back at 4:30 in the afternoon to be talked down to and told this office doesn’t do federal workers Comp. I asked the girl why she would wait till 4:30 to call me back to tell me this to which ( Lorraine) rudely replied “ you are not the only patient I talk to.” This girl was so rude and inconsiderate of my situation. I will NEVER use this orthopedic group!!! The staff needs to work on their communication skills with patients!!

The woman who answered the phone waited until I was in the middle of explaining my condition and demanded I hold. When she got back on the phone instead of helping me I was connected to a voicemail. And then she hung up.

Dr hazel is very rude. Kicked me out of his office an canceled a very important surgery because I was on my phone with my mother. No one asked me to get off prior to him asking me then he very rudely asked if I can read the sign and I said yes you don't have to be rude about it. That's when he got in my face and asked me to leave that he was canceling my surgery. I highly do not recommend him.
