Loved our stay! Front desk Mary helped us get in quickly after our A/C went out at home everyone is very kind and friendly. Only 4 star on the room because floor was sort of sticky and dirty but overall we enjoyed our stay. 😀

We were in town for our son’s graduation and initially booked at The Comfort Inn up the road however, they cancelled our reservation with no warning after we missed our flight. We called Motel 6 and Shan got us a room immediately with an early check in which we desperately needed to get ready for the graduation. Room was clean, great location, easy access to everything. Great staff! We’ll be back again!

I stayed here for over a week. I was in 3 different room's one on the top floor and two on the first floor. Both my rooms on the first floor I found cockroaches in my bed. I informed management and they offered me a disc which I declined to take because they had been very nice up until that point when I found them in the second room I in formed them again and again was offered a discount.this time I accepted the discount and the manager said he would give it to me when he came in in the morning. When I went to pay for my 9TH NIGHT instead of giving me my discount I was told to leave. The cockroaches weren't the only problem we also had dirty towels covered in hairs. I has nothing but nice and forgiving to management but apparently I was wrong to accept the discount I was offered. Don't say here. Unless you want wake up with roaches crawling on your face.

My experience with the Motel 6 Scottsdale South, has been 100 times better then it was maybe 6 months ago. The managers/employees have obviously put forth the effort to clean this place up. Months ago when I had stayed there, every single day I had about 3-5 homeless/addicts knocking at my door all hours of the night, looking for whomever was there before me. This time was so pleasant especially the staff at the front desk (Adrian and the ladies). The only hotel where every employee is in great spirits and never gives attitude no matter how chaotic the day can get. I'd choose this location over any other purely based on the inviting positive atmosphere they create.
