Pays their environmental staff less than McDonald's, and their nurses only make $4 more per hour than McDonald's workers start at. Kyle Smith has no desire to see a financial quality of life improvement for his workers because paying them more would hurt his bonuses the company pays him for keeping costs low. This is a company that does NOT care about the wellbeing of it's employees, and it should be publicly shamed into treating it's workers better. Take your loved ones somewhere else, to a facility without the AHC logo
