I took my husband to the ER for chest pains and they saw him; did all the appropriate tests and he was discharged and told to follow up with an Emory cardiologist for a stress test. When he tried to schedule with a cardiologist they did not have Drs orders for the stress test. And he has spent many hours trying to get someone to help him and they do not care about his heart health at all. They said go through entire ER process again which was not effective the first time so why would we spend the money again for them to drop the ball and still have no results or stress test. Would not recommend!

This is the worst hospital. Don't bring your loved ones here unless it is the last option. They are short staffed at all times of the day. The last few visits have resulted in being treatment with 2 to 3 other patients in the same room. The staff attitudes are despicable. I literally witnessed them talk to several seniors citizens like they were dirt. I'm not sure what's going on here but Emory has taken a turn for the worst. Might as well go to Grady.
