Montura Ranch is a place that is evolving by leaps and bounds. It has a Postal Zone, a Park which can be used for activities. Mary Lou's General Market is a place where you can buy Cuban coffee, processed food, Cuban Sandwich, pan con Bistec, freshly made bread, canned food, soap, etc. Hardware, funnel, transmission oil, etc. It is open from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. Next to and near there is a gas station.

Hello, the minimum size mobile home is 500 SQ feet and the minimum size site built out concrete home is 600 SQ feet per zoning in Montura. Hendry County Building Dept in LaBelle can answer all of your building questions.
Hello Gustavo, In Montura Ranch Estates you can build a single residence. The residence may consist of a site built home (concrete, wood frame, modular) or a manufactured home. Container and some specialty homes are also allowed currently, although design standards are in the process of being created for the unique types of construction. Only one residence is permissible per lot and RV/motor homes are not permitted. You can build barns, sheds, pavilions and other outbuilding or structures. All must go through the Hendry County permitting process and be built to Florida and local building codes.
You have to go to the CCWCD office (Central County Water District) and get permits for the Culbert and Driveway. If you need someone to do it, I can give you a contact.
You need all safety equipment and be old enough to operate your vehicle.
