In-N-Out Burger

I love In-N-Out burger. Not having them where I live makes them a must whenever possible. While the food was the usual excellent the service was slow. We were the third order inside the restaurant on the day we were there and we waited over 10 minutes for a couple of double-doubles, fries, and shakes. Meanwhile 10+ orders were filled at the drive up. I can understand some prioritization of the drive up but 10 to 1 seems a bit extreme.

It can be daunting to go to In-N-Out and see the ever present massive line, but the are so good about keeping that line moving quickly. They take your order early and it's ready by the time you get to the window, they're so fast. The employees repeat everything back several times and check to make sure you get everything you ordered. I used to not really like their fries but a friend recommended I try them well done and I haven't gone back

The rating system doesn't allow me to select 4.5 stars but that's what I give In-n-Out Burger. I first ate at In-n-Out 36 years ago. Over the past two and a half decades they've kept me coming back. I've had some people tell me it's not their favorite but, it's certainly one of mine. Always fresh, always consistent...enough said. Excellent service, quick and accurate. When I go through the drive thru, they always get my order right! The menu is simple: burgers, fries and shakes but, that's the genius and they're excellent at what they do. They also seem to do right by their employees, seems like the company creates a good culture.

Fresh ingredients are their priority. I would be willing to bet your lettuce will never be served mushy and wilty at this place.😉 They accomodate your request too and make your burger the way you want it. Hold the lettuce, tomatoes and onions??? Sure. Can't have gluten ask for protein style and they will.letruce wrap it for you. There's Not many fast food places that my gluten free daughter can eat at but this place has never made her sick. I'm so glad for the option. I love this place. ❤I can't find a better burger at this price anywhere. It seems to be the last, best food deal in the US. 👍👍👍
