Lotos Club is a private club that happens to be the prefect venue for small wedding in Manhattan. Not only the facility is elegant, the hospitality that we received was above and beyond our expectation. The planning and execution was so good that I never had to ask for help.

I see nice things in the lotus club and people speck highly of the ambiance and food but that doesn't tell me what it's purpose is and neither do the reviews.

It is a members only social club for different events. To attend, you don't need to be a member but requires an invite for the event you are planning on attending.

There used to be a DJ at the club back in 2001, they called him Fonje - he was Jamaican. Anyone knows his whereabouts?

Yes they have ramps for wheelchairs and scooters.
