Waiting three months to be seen by an ENT for a ruptured ear drum. Have not personally been seen by them but the wait is very disappointing.

I got a bill for an office visit, with an hourly rate of approximately 430$ per hour to talk to the doctor. I called the front desk to understand why this rate was so high. They told me to talk to my insurance company about it. I asked them to clarify how the insurance company sets their hourly rates, after a few minutes of this the receptionist told me it wasn't her job, and that I should "learn what a deductible is, and get better health insurance." She was rude and condescending. I wouldn't recommend this office. I would recommend any other UCHealth over this one. That all being said the doctors there are helpful and kind, just not the receptionist.

I had an appointment and called when I realized I was going to be late I was 11 mins late after the directions took me to three different buildings I called before my appointment n they said okay after getting there (after a hour drive) they told me no and I left having an anxiety attack and crying out of the lobby. They don’t seem to care about you just business. Now I have to wait until October or November to be seen somewhere else and hopefully get my medication I’m out of refilled.
