Log into your account on the Checkers and Rally’s mobile app or view your account online at the link below. When you get to the Rewards Page, click Login, and enter your username and password on the next page. Once you have logged in, you can check your account balance by selecting the “Account Balance” link. You can also review your account history by selecting the “Transaction History” link.

I am sorry for your experience. I can tell you that while some of the workers do not care about the customers as much as their paychecks, there ARE workers here who care about their job and the people, I promise. I have had a handful of bad experiences here, but the cooks are almost always overly apologetic and they truly wish they could change how the store operates but they only have so much power. Comments like yours help so much, but please make sure to send your opinions higher up the food chain as well. Real change is needed, and some good people do reside here.

Guests will earn 5 points for every $1 they spend. Once a guest collects 400 points they will receive a $5 reward which is automatically added to their Rewards Wallet. The reward can be used on the next visit simply by checking in using the Checkers and Rally’s mobile app or by providing your account phone number to the cashier at the time of purchase.
