This was one of the strangest interactions with an employee from any restaurant I've been too. It bothered me so much that I almost had a panic attack afterwards. My husband and I went through the Lockwood Ridge/53rd Ave east drive through location because dining area was not opened. We ordered 2 impossible kings because it was affordable for us and my husband is vegan and wanted a hot meal. We've been without power from Hurricane Ian for a while and prob for a few more days along with dealing with our son in hospital and it's just been a little rough for us. He likes this location because they usually do a great job with his order. Not a lot of vegan options for him out there so we really was thankful for BK vegan options. The cashier didn't seem to hear our specific request or understand what we wanted(?) ..she really was not paying very good attention because they were wrong twice. We asked for money back after 2nd time because we didn't need to keep wasting food and time and he was hungry and we thought we would try another place. The manager Julio asked us what our issue was so we explained and he wanted to know if we knew there were starving people out there, how wasteful we were being and berated us. We just wanted the partial refund and to leave but he wanted to argue and be so nasty and rude to us. We were so confused....we were polite and weren't causing a scene. I've worked retail for over 20 years...I just don't do that because i understand the frustration! I told him this was unnecessary and unprofessional but he insisted it WAS professional the way he spoke to us and he had the right to do so. We are afraid to go back. I've been upset all day. To the team working there..sorry you guys have to deal with him as a manager.

Why is there a 15 munite wait when there is no one in side at counter this is utterly ridiculous why would anybody want there business ran this way
