Got here at the beginning of the first quarter of the FSU/ NC State game. Didn’t get our food until the 4th quarter…2 hours after we placed our order. Our waitress was also the bartender. They were clearly understaffed and the manager was unsympathetic when I complained. The bathrooms were filthy and the soap dispensers were empty. Have to question what this means about sanitation for the staff who are preparing and serving the food. We lost our appetites and ultimately left without having dinner.

Waited over an hour for our food. Once received it was hard, horrible. Seems they were short staffed, from what employees stated. Seems BOH is disorganized, managers not managing and scheduling correctly, regulars that were there shared that it's always like that. Not impressed, will not be going back.

Food was pretty good and the staff were very friendly.

Based on just delivering, excessive wait times. Staff is dishonest regarding how long the wait time and will try to avoid customers at all cost. If you accept a delivery for them, don't rush. This is based on several deliveries for this location.
