This place was great in 2020. But lately every time you come to order is like a 20-30 minute wait time. If not more and no one is here to take orders. This location has definitely decreased costumer service and efficiently.

I come by eveyother day to get my favorite drink and today I was in line n realized I had forgotten my card n so I let the person that was taking orders that I had forgotten it that I was just gonna go thru to go n get it n he just told me its ok its on me today omg bless his heart ❤ I wish I would have gotten his name but sure will go by tomorrow to leave him something for such a kind heart

My son I arrived at 5am and were third in line. The line didn’t move for 15 mins! So we left because I had to work. The whole time 3 employees just outside doing nothing! We left upset and went to Starbucks. We were in and out in 5 mins

The coffee here is good. However, standing in line for over 20 mins with only two people in line is ridiculous. If you can see that people have been waiting, please stop just chit chatting while you can be taking orders. Once it was my turn to order, the barista sat there talking to co workers as if we haven’t been waiting for an extended period of time. Take the orders and keep it movin people
