This company is a scam. I purchased a ticket for round trip for $42 and spent $35 on uber to get to the pick up point only for me to wait in the cold weather at a middle of the night for the bus not to show up. I tried to get a refund or at least reuse my ticket for another trip but they told me I purchased a reduced ticket so I am not worthy of anything from them. I don't even think the company exist. Total scammers

I purchased the flexible ticket knowing that I might not be going on my trip and I may need to cancel and would need a full refund. When I did find that I needed to cancel and get a refund the process is incredibly inconvenient. You must write a letter and include your printed ticket then snail mail it to Texas and wait for them to process the refund. It's 2019 and there needs to be a better way to process refunds.
