Whoever was running the online pick up orders this afternoon on 10/9/22, I did not catch the woman's name, deserves to be recognized for her dedication, outstanding customer service and hustle. There were some huge delays today not to this woman's fault and she handled everyone like a champ! She has definitely gone way above and beyond for frys and their online pick up area. If I heard correctly there was a HUGE staff shortage today that left her picking orders AND running them out to cars on her own. I hope she sees this review, gets the proper recognition she deserves and knows that her efforts were beyond appreciated.

It’s way too easy for people to attain red vest in this store. Cassandra doesn’t know how to carry herself with professionalism while on the clock and thinks it’s okay to address paying customers with a nonchalant attitude. To be a manager and still walk around with a funky attitude or like you don’t have a job to do and upkeep a look for the store is wild to me. Frys lost an everyday customer over Cassandra.

Pharmacy RARELY answers phone. Never know when drive thru is going to be closed. They still have 2 profiles on me and can't seem to merge them. And now they say they will not always accept GoodRx. I have just moved all prescriptions to a different pharmacy. DO BETTER, FRYS!

i'm simply here to make a comment that management should really consider who they let work there. Liz was my cashier tonight and told me i couldn't use a coupon that i found IN STORE. she was extremely rude and unpleasant. the manager on duty made it right but Liz was rude and didn't want to help or give me my coupon deal for whatever reason. i have never experienced anybody so weird or rude as Liz. as a manager, i wouldn't want her working for me.
