Rudest cashiers…sitting on counters, watching videos and loudly, no thank yous, even while waiting on customers. Still don’t know the hours of the cinbabon. Charleys closes up as fast as they can. Bathrooms aren’t always “clean”……I don’t go there hardly at all anymore and I live within a mile of it!!

As a franchise owner of a Cinnabon myself. I can say, this was the worst Cinnabon I have ever had: my Cinnabon came cold and airy. Dry, burnt. My churro was burnt. My center of the roll seemed like it was sitting out for 2 days. Burnt. I wish I could contact the franchise owner of this establishment so they could fire whoever was working in there yesterday.

When people do exceptional things we as customers should let them and others know much we appreciate them. On Friday March 26 2021 after getting my 2nd covid vaccine I stopped @ the Swingby store located @ 2723 FM 521 Fresno Texas. After entering I became overheated and felt as if I was about to faint. Store manager (Vanny) came to assist me and never left me until I felt better. The entire store staff was very attentive to my need and made sure I was feeling ok. Thanks to each of you! Very kind and professional!

Came in for lunch, wasn't starving, but a little hungry. I ordered a large chili cheese tots w/jalapenos and a route 44 sweet tea. When I got my food, after 4 people that ordered after me had gotten theirs, I LITERALLY got 22 tots. I asked about it and they claimed that that is what they serve for a large. I won't come back to this dump.
