Please let your sales appointment scheduling team know that they need to tell prospective customers that a deposit is required to hold a vehicle. Also, your sales consultant, Aaron, needs to go through some serious customer service training. Insinuating that a potential customer is a liar for not being told said deposit was needed is very unprofessional, not to mention disrespectful. I hope the vehicle we did have an appointment to look at this past Saturday sells for you, as at this point, we will no longer be interested in doing business with your dealership now, or at any point in the future. I have never been treated with such disrespect or spoken to the way I was by any sales consultant at a dealership that I dealt with in the past as I was this weekend. I will add that I did call back in to speak with the sales manager on Saturday, and he was very apologetic in regards to this situation, and he handled my concerns very professionally --too bad your front line sales consultants, or at least the one I mentioned above, can't act in a professional manner as well. I came to your dealership to buy a car on Saturday, but instead was belittled and called a liar-just a very disappointing experience all the way around.

We require all customers and employees to wear masks, we have cleaning stations around the dealership with hand sanitizer, and lastly we are social distancing. Also, all tables and surfaces are cleaned after use.

We would love to see what we can do! Vehicles without tint can always be sent somewhere to have tinting done so that should not be an issue. I am not sure the market on that specific vehicle but we would love to help see what we can do to make it happen for you!
