This dealership took 39 days to pay off my trade in vehicle. This caused me to have to make additional car payments, and keep the trade insured while it sat on their lot. Since it took so long to payoff the trade, the dealer now owes me a refund of $3000+. I was told the refund check was mailed a week ago and surprise, no check in the mail. I followed up, and now I'm told, it wasn't actually mailed and they have to wait for the title first before sending it. The salesman blames the finance manager, the finance manager blames the title clerk...and the lies and excuses haven't stopped yet.
