Last week I paid in cash $45 for my appointment for a walk-in nonmember adjustment (exchange of funds on lobby camera…) then they tried to fraudulently run my card for another $45… I was a member last November and I guess they retained my card information despite telling me it was removed when I chose not to renew my membership. Considering I paid in cash last week, there’s no other explanation how they managed to try to run my card today. What makes no sense to me is why they attempted the charge at all and, if they felt something was owed, why they wouldn’t have said something when I popped back into the lobby to chat with the gal up front after my massage next door… Completely sketchy and weird that they retained my payment information and then tried to charge it unauthorized for no logical reason whatsoever… If you go here, I recommend cash. It’s only $45 per adjustment if you pay cash each time. They don’t offer appointment scheduling anyways. Don’t ever give them a card… I don’t think they can be trusted with card details.

I feel so valued as a patient. The doctors have done wonders with getting me some of my mobility back and ease the pain in my hips and back. I've only gone twice and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. My husband and children are already seeing me without constant pain, I can walk better, and I'm able to function as a wife and mother and do my housework without having to sit down every ten minutes to rest. I love The Joint and I will recommend it to literally everyone I know!

We love the Joint, and go specifically to be treated by Katie. We were sad to hear that it was sold to corporate, and hope that they maintain the same patient experience, where the doctors don’t have to wear pointless masks, and can freely interact with the customers without silly things like that again. If the policies change, and corporate starts implementing ridiculous policies, we will leave the practice. We prefer to stay, and have been loyal customers for nearly 5 years.

If you pay the monthly fee for 4 I believe $59, each extra one after that is $10.
We do not take insurance. Our initial new patient consultation, exam and adjustment right now is only $29.
The Joint specializes in routine chiropractic adjustments, and therefore we do not offer massage therapy. Our chiropractors can provide manual adjustments to help you with your current condition.
