For September 1 I ordered a Dominican cake that a friend always uses to order every year for her celebrations, the order was half of the reteñi was milk and the other part was pineapple, I'm annoyed because they put the pineapple reteñi by enzyme from the dulce de leche reteñi, the dough was dry, it doesn't taste like anything compared to what she has offered me. I do not recommend it . I am fascinated by the Dominican cake when it has orange juice, that is not Dominican cake at all.

Been getting cake from this place since 2012, however this last time the cake is undercooked it tastes like flour and it’s not fluffy or open, never again. The suspiro doesn’t taste Dominican and the cake itself is chalky, not anything close of what it use to be.

How are you? Thank you for communicating with Maritza Cake. We are Open 9 AM-6PM from Tuesday to Sunday. On Mondays we are temporarily closed.
