They charged for the meat and never delivered. No way they are a 4 start establishment. Pretty sure them 4 and 5 star reviews are posted by their friends and family. They need to be put out of business

The took my order and then saying they don’t deliver in my town! I wanted to speak to manager to proceed for refund. Apparently they don’t have an office and the representative on helpline have no information. She doesn’t even know much about the business and her answers are how do I know? I asked for the manager and she said and I quote “He is not There” The letter ‘There’ shows the helpline representative isn’t in the office! Or they’re operating remotely. Any how I’m unable to speak to the manager and now they’re not picking up calls from my number. Just to mention here they disconnected my call even when I was speaking!!!
