Best hotel in Thatcher, AZ. This is one of the newer hotels in the area. Rooms are clean and great service at the front desk. They also have a free breakfast.

Where do I start? Right as I walked in I was greeted and welcomed and made to feel right at home. Although my stay was short, I can think of two people who stood out…Maddison and Maria. They have great attitudes and seem so positive and it added that extra touch that made you feel like you were not just “staying at a hotel”. Accommodations were nice and modern and just what I needed. Was a nice convenience to have the breakfast bar in the AM.

Very clean. Breakfast buffet is among the better breakfasts. I dinged it a star because the pillows just didn't cut it. They didn't supply any support and were too flat. Rooms are nicely laid out and comfortable but for a suite are smaller than expected especially the bathroom. Pretty much similar in size to a standard hotel room with a sitting area at the expense of bathroom size.

From the moment you walk in you can just tell your experience/stay is going to be more enjoyable staying at Springhill. All the rooms are huge! I've stayed here over 50x in the last year and never had a bad experience. Very clean, staff is amazing, breakfast is great, pool is always nice, and gym is always clean. Special shout out to Destiny and Maria at this location. They always have a smile on their faces and always treat you as a friend and not a customer. When I see either of them my day is made! Both are a huge reason I continue to only book here and nowhere else in the area! Keep up the great work ladies!
