This yoga studio is by far the best studio I have been to. I have taken classes in other studios and always came back to fuel the soul and Greg Fine. All other studios fall short as far as I am concerns. Greg is an amazing instructor and throughly explains all the moves and how they affect your body . He modifies yoga moves if you let him know you have a particular issue . His knowledge of human anatomy is what sets him apart from other instructors . He also is not just a yoga instructions but he teaches us how to breathe through difficult moves and how connected our bodies are with our breathe. Lauren and Greg also host several interesting workshops throughout the year and exposes their students to different yoga and meditative experiences. I would not go back to any other studios.

Fuel the soul is my second home! Greg and Lauren are amazing. Kind, helpful and talented. I look forward to the days I get to go to the studio. Greg's classes are fun and challenging. He is an incredible teacher and gives all of himself everytime. I've learned so much about yoga and myself. I leave there everytime having had a deep experience

I’ve been to a number of local Yoga studios over the years, but Fuel will always be my home. All the instructors are amazing and each offers a different perspective on the practice, which keeps each class exciting and challenging. You can choose between heated or non, which I find allows me to pick what works for my body that day. The owner Greg provides a great balance between movement, breathing and yoga history to give the student an overall well rounded experience and truly cares about each and every student. I highly recommend this studio and can’t imagine a day without Fuel!!!
