I understand that there is a labor shortage but last night’s treatment was terrible. I placed my order at 5:47 the tracker was stuck on inspection at 5:58. At 6:45 I called the store to make sure my order had been received. The kid on the line let me know that they only had one delivery driver and that it would probably be another 45 minutes until I got my order. He said I could come pick up the order and get my delivery fee refunded. I hung up and thought about that call. I called back and asked for a fresh order and I’d come pick it up. The kid said the order was still warm and would not agree to a new order. We picked up the order, it was slightly warm but not the quality you expect when ordering pizza. It was dried out and gross. The brownies were burnt. This was the last straw…will not be ordering again. This situation was handled horribly, not even a call or anything to let customers know what was going on. So sad!

Ordered about $50 worth of pizzas and sandwiches and I just cant wrap my mind around how something like this would pass quality inspection.... Pretty gross

They prepare the pizzas with a lot of sauce and sometimes they take longer than usual when they are not very busy

The guy answering the phone was friendly even though he didn't know where a super common hotel was .5 miles away from him... Made me look up the address. Cmonnnn man? I worked in the pizza business before!?!??? Don't make me feel like a tourist. The delivery girl is a sweet heart. The personnel making the actual pizza takes more pride in putting their socks on(which they do for free). I know it's late. I know you're the only one in town open. Let's still take pride in what we do. For the first time in my life a portion of my pizza had no toppings. No cheese no sauce nothing.
