Received abnormal mammogram result before comparisons of old films then they never followed up after films were sent. My doc stepped in and called them and I finally received a letter a month later stating everything was normal.

The imaging center was extremely rude and unprofessional . I was talked to like an animal by the intake person. I have as told to just sit down and wait till I was called . I was going to ask a question I was told not till I was called . There was no one else waiting for the imaging side . I was told my procedure was self pay it was not . Well your chart says so Sinai don’t know what to tell you Finally got her to take my information. I was then led back into a room where I was not acknowledged as a person . Just given oversees and the girl walked off . Not one kind word or anything . No one said a word the machine came on and forth debit things . Again buttons were Pushed and I just walked off . I was treated like cattle . Less than human

I have gone to the Niedland Breast Center every year since 2015. I have never had an issue with any step in the process from making an appointment, to being seen for a mammogram and a breast sonogram, to receiving results. Everyone I have dealt with have been kind and professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We had to get labs for my son with special needs, but he’s terrified of needles. My son is 14 years old and is a big guy, so he can be a handful when getting labs. We were rejected by quest and his doctor, but we drove to this place on the way home thinking we had nothing to lose by trying. As soon as we walked in, the ladies at the front desk processed the intake forms and got us on our way. They were very nice. Next, we met Louisa and Dana. They were so patient but my son was hysterical and wouldn’t let them get blood. Trenay and Brennan happened to hear the commotion and came in to see how they can help. Before you know it, there were 4 medical professionals and my husband and I doing whatever we could to make this happen. I was so happy to be at this place, knowing that if we didn’t get the blood work done, it wouldn’t be because nobody tried. All it took was patience, compassion and understanding. Louisa was able to get the blood from him and asked him for a hug in the end. I felt lucky that we stumbled upon this facility and we will be back. This place really is the best .

Yes, there are radiologists on staff who read the scans right away. When I was there they told me the results before I left. Very helpful to ease the worry...
