Very friendly staff. Very helpful staff. Absolutely excellent top-notch customer service. It took about two hours because we had some very complicated issues we needed their help to resolve, but it was so worth it. The sales team there made it a breeze.

WOW! I mean these guys are simply amazing! The manager Mike was extremely helpful and cured my extremely stressful day. I came in just for an extremely difficult technical difficulty and not only did he not leave my side, his entire team spent 2 hours of their time to help me. At&t really has some upstanding employees and I can't wait to tell all my friends and family about coming to this exact store!!!😀

I'm so disappointed with this Store. There is an employee I believe his name is Mark, he is the slowest worker I have the "opportunity" to meet... he made me wait for about 3 hours while I was trading to my new IPhone in addition he just gave my device back without synchronizing my old device data to the new one. Curiously there were to more employees just watching and "making" funny faces about this guy both were not busy with another customer but watching videos on the computer screen; this crew attitude tells more than hundreds words together. Fortunately I was obligated to return next day and we met Darren, he was great, he is a very Profesional guy, the store manager should ask him to train his co-workers because people like Darren gives a good image of the AT&T company. Last but not least, I'm a senior 80+ years Old with a low vision difficulty that I expected a better treatment from the first team but maybe I just went to the store on the wrong day.
