This is a very well-managed community. The staff and superintendents are friendly and helpful. Although many families have dogs here, the public spaces have always been kept clean. Tenants here have diverse backgrounds (students from Yale and Quinnipiac, healthcare professionals, retirees, etc), and all neighbors I’ve met are warm-hearted. I’d love to live here for long term.

The apartments, complex, and property are beautiful and in excellent condition. The staff is very friendly and extremely accommodating as well. Would highly recommend!

Best apartements in Hamden. The leasing office staffs are awesome. They are extremely helpful and patient throughout our whole move in. The management is very quick to respond. The grounds are well maintained and very clean. The exterior is beautiful. I love the early morning view from my windows. The interior is always clean and tidy. Besides, It has a dog park, children's park, gym, swimming pool and lots of other facilities.

Just moved in last week.. Shanavia and Dana were very helpful in answering any questions I had - and making the move-in process straightforward and easy - very much appreciated! The apartment itself has a great layout and am looking forward to settling in. Would highly recommend checking out Canal Crossing!

Yes, heres a list of breeds that are not allowed: Dobermans, Akitas, Pitbulls, German Shepherds, Tosa Inus, Bresa Canario, Fila Brasileiros, Argentine Dogo, Chow Chow, Shar Peis, Dalmation and any mixed breed with the above dogs in the mix
