I’ve been lucky enough to have lived in several Colangelo Associates houses in Greenwich CT – one on Doubling Road, Lake Avenue and my favorite, Villa Vincero, a Tuscan villa style home with a beautiful patio and a built-in pizza oven. Inspired by their houses – especially their latest modern design, Casamelio, in Greenwich - my husband and I really wanted CAA to design our home in Sherman Oaks, CAA. I knew we could count on them for a clean, modern design with lots of light and the latest green technology. They don’t usually design in California but it helps that Vincent Colangelo is my dad. We highly recommend their services!

Our experience with Vince was fantastic! He was truly a pleasure to work with on our home remodeling project. We needed architectural drawings and structural engineer approvals for our town permit. I was very fortunate to find Vince through the original permit filings for our recently purchased home as he was the original architect some thirty years ago! We have just finished replacing the roof/skylights/chimneys and are currently working through the permitting phase for replacing the wood decks this year and hopefully the pool & patio after that. Echoing some of the other reviews here, Vince has that rare combination of both artistry and practicality, no doubt a result of his earlier experience as a builder. It has been such a joy working with Vince, as he is clearly so passionate about his work and yet has zero arrogance (another very rare attribute, in my view, based on my limited interactions with other architects!). Very much looking forward to working with Vince & Carolina as we continue the extensive renovations to our home.

You'll need to provide us with CAD or PDF files of your 2D floor plan or sketches. If you do not have 2D drawings of your floorplans we can work with you to produce your renderings from a sketch, provided all necessary dimensions are included. In addition, we'll also need any custom textures you'd like to use.
