The cashier was very sweet and patient while we navigated the menu. I ended up ordering mac n cheese and added chicken with bbq to it. They use to have a bbq mac n cheese back in the day, I'm sad they removed it from the menu. The cookies are also good.

Panera bread was quite a surprise for me. Only been here a couple of times and on thing is evident...... there menu is diverse and darn good. The staff was very patient with me since I am new to this new kind of dining with all these healthy kind of alternative foods. Coffee is great, food is great, staff is excellent!

Placed an early morning order of 3 double orders of bread bowls (6 breads total, just bread, no soup) to be picked up by 5:25 for a dinner that I was hosting. Had my son pick up order on his way home from work. When he got home, there was only 3 bread bowls, literally half of my very simple order was missing. Called Panera and they refunded my money but the idea of having one bread bowl per person was gone. I live 40 minutes away so swinging by to get more was not an option. Gave 2 stars because the three we had were delicious.

When we walked in we were immediately greeted by friendly staff who answered any questions. They gave excellent recommendations and went above and beyond by offering samples. The tomato soup is one of my favorites here along with the coffee cake. The seating area was very clean and inviting. Definitely will return.
