Horrible service if you’re in a rush go anywhere else. How can you possibly have a medical office without a receptionist. you can sit there for hours for simple questions or pick up test kits, not one of the “doctors” would know you’re there or even care

Very poor customer service and rude staff. Appointments are encouraged but walk ins are welcome. Set a walk in appointment at the location and was the only one in the waiting room at 6:30 am. They did not take me and the staff had an attitude letting me know I was not getting in, when walk ins are allowed. As I was speaking to the staff she shut the door in my face mid conversation. I was willing to wait as long as needed as that is Quests protocol for walk ins. Go to a different Quest, not worth the negativity to start your day and no need for the rude attitude towards a customer.

Quest has gone down for years. But now it's gotten worse, can't even walk in anymore. And fought with them over a year about a bill for a test they failed to complete but wanted to charge me for the retest when they never credited me the first test.
