We've been here almost eight months and except for the wifi, and the flooding. It's been good. The wifi worked great for the first three months then it crapped out and finally after a couple of months, after we had asked,and been told no they didn't change the password, told us they changed the password. So, prepare for bad wifi experience, but quiet place to live

This is a great park with friendly staff. Not paved sites but they are level and well maintaned. The staff is friendly and helpful. We stayed her for a few months towards the end of summer and fall. They didn't have onsite laudnry while we were there but they were in the process of getting it. Roads get a little muddy when it rains but not too bad. It's quiet and peaceful. We had a shadded spot which was really nice. We really enjoyed this park and would definitely stay again.
