We do not currently accept Amerigroup insurance.
Yes we do accept most plans under UHC, as well as UHC Vision, which was Spectera in the past. You can call our office for an appointment, or make one online.
Unfortunately we do not accept Medicaid for medical services or optical products.
We would be happy to try, depending on the extent of the damage.
