Had my eye exam done here and purchased a really nice pair of Gucci glasses at a competitive price for the coatings I chose on them. The service was also pretty good, even thought it was very busy when I went in. Pretty standard waiting time to see the Dr. as well.

Worst place to go for eye exam and glasses. There’s a young immature latina female customer service employee working there with a horrible unprofessional attitude. I had to contact the owner via google to report her due to no supervisor available at the clinic. Plus she kept answering the phone when I called to avoid being reported for being rude and disrespectful towards a customer. Simply contact the Better Business Bureau. Beware that anyone who gives them a positive 5 star review may be a relative or friend of the staff. If you feel Discriminated contact NYS Division Human Rights right away to file a report because it’s a Federal Offense.
