I called just to ask about services and possibly booking an appointment and the lady that answer let me know they don’t do permanent under eye concealer plus the unpleasant effects that come with it. She was honest about not offering the service because of longer term effects and was very open to recommending other newer treatments… So happy to know that it’s truly about providing amazing results. So even though I will not be using her services I know that her customers are well taken care of.

This was my first experience with micro blading and as scared as I was, Kelly made me feel good about it. Very comfortable and easy to talk to. Along the way she allowed me to take a look at what she was doing and to see if there was any adjustments I wanted made. I have no clue why anyone would give this woman less than 5 stars because NOT only is she extremely friendly but understanding as well. Literally keeps you informed along the process and does what you ask for!! Very professional and her customer service alone is 5 stars, along with her talent…wish I could give 10 stars!! I love my brows. I went from barely having any to now not having to put so much effort into my brows during my makeup routine. She explains everything you need to do during the healing process and she’s very informative about the phases you will go through also with everyone’s skin being different, she really does cover all bases with you. If you follow directions and keep up with the maintenance, you will be happy! The service, environment, and professionalism is top notch! Just completed the two-step process for permanent eyeliner, on both top and bottom lids. Kelly did a beautiful job, explained the process, and answered all my questions. She is a professional and her work area is spotless. Together we discussed which color of eyeliner would be best for me. If you listen to her and follow her directions, you too will have gorgeous eyeliner. I wake up looking gorgeous. So worth the time and money.
