Dr Williams is ok in my book. But where do you get those receptions from? Why did I have to argue with her if I had coverage or not. Even after Anna emailed her the info. I called unitedhealthcare and they verified my coverage that I pay $170 a month. SHE was combative and tried to made me feel like a dummy. I didn't reschedule my appt. I won't be back due to her rude behavior.

Terrible service. receptionists zero kindness, Mrs. Mayela, who is the one who attends us, is very poor with words, she has never asked us if we have any questions, she always walks as if they were chasing her 2 or 3 words and she leaves I have to interrupt to be able to ask even quickly there are times when he already has his hand on the door. It's not explicit right now I don't even know what my father's diagnosis is, he just said I'm going to send him a prescription. that's not fair we're paying for the service it's not free. I have been trying to communicate for 4 days to know the diagnosis since the surgeon needs to know and I have not been able to communicate, I have sent a message and I will not have to change my father's clinic where they provide better service

I had an appointment today 6/8/22 at 10am for my son's vaccinations and when I arrive they tell me that the doctor did not show up today. I understand it is a lack of consideration that my only day off to be able to make the arrangements no one has called me to cancel or postpone my appointment. Terrible service.

First time here and front staff very professional, back staff very friendly, and my doctor was great! friendly, listened to me; very welcoming and my whole visit was within an hour.
