We stayed there because Moab was too expensive. It was 52 minutes away from Moab. It was $60 a night, we stayed three. The front desk employee was nice and gave us an up grade with 2 queen beds. He told us the house keeping is on our request. Don't expect anything fancy it is called Budget Inn. The less expensive is more important to me. The linen and towels were clean, but the carpets were old and smelly and the walls needed cleaning. Overall, we got for what we paid.

I recommend that you do not consider this motel. The rooms are cheap, but are still valued far too high. Our group was larger so we ended up occupying multiple room and the experience was appalling. All our rooms were facing away from the highway and most likely go unused at times, considering nearby competitors. The rooms were not cleaned remotely well, Wayne most likely had selective cleaning focuses, because one of the bathrooms had been clearly and completely ignored. The toilet was clogged and the toilet seat and hood were in rough condition. 3 of the rooms had bugs in the bed, so when you pulled back the covers you could find them relatively easily [thank goodness for white sheets, made them more obvious for us]. There were also dead bugs in corners and cracks of the room. Like I said, three of the rooms. In general, all the rooms were not vacuumed well if at all, and the mattresses were guestionable. My roommate, went and spoke with Wayne about the cleanliness of the rooms and specifically the living bugs in the bed. Wayne was unwilling to assist the group and became angry at the members of our party who spoke with him directly.
