I just moved into a new place, my washer brand new, would not spin. GE warranty had Joe from All Cape Maytag come repair it. It needed a new closing latch which was ordered and came back to install it today. He was wonderful, fast and fixed it in no time. I would use Joe anytime and recommend him without hesitation. A++++

Charged 300.00 for service that they couldn’t perform on 2 appliances bought from them. Couldn’t remove dishwasher so no service. Stove didn’t have part which would be an additional 300.00. Could have new stove for that price. Wonder if I bought a new dishwasher from them if they would then be able to remove the old one. Faithful, loyal customers for 30+ years. Not anymore. There were no threats or yelling . My point is that you charged for the dishwasher which was not diagnosed because he couldn’t move it. However all cape appliance installed it. We feel we should be refunded for that charge. As a small business owner for 50 years in Yarmouth as well as a 30 year customer of yours this not good business practice.

I was extremely disappointed in the service charge for the call to my condo unit. The tech went to the Condo unit and told my tenant to move some of the items around in the freezer for better circulation. That call and response costs me 149.95. I too am a small family run business, and I'm questioning my relationship with ALL Cape Maytag going forward.
