I have an older Mission bow that was in need of some TLC. After searching for shops near the Springboro, OH area, I decided to take my chances at Archery World and instantly realized th 45 minute drive was well worth it. Even though I didn't have an appointment, the staff stopped what they were doing to help me out. My intent was to make my bow faster, and they took the time to explain my options then went to work. The attention to detail far exceeded all the other shops I've been too. Do not be swayed by the few negative reviews....You will not be disappointed!

I recently went to get my bow ready for the deer season, and they completely tuned everything up and made sure that my bow was working 100%. Great customer service, and a great shop. I will go no where else other than archery world USA!!!

Very disappointed. We purchased a bow back on 5/29. Billy said that it should be in 2-3 weeks. Called after 4 1/2 weeks and Billy stated he hadn’t heard anything and would follow up with the vendor and then get back with us by Tuesday. The way the conversation went we felt that the order hadn’t been placed. We called back the Friday after the day Billy was supposed to call. Got the same story as the previous conversation. Billy guaranteed that he would call us with an update. This did not happen. Called again and was told by Billy that he didn’t know about the order and will follow up with the vendor. That he would call us . That didn’t happen. Tuesday, July 22nd stopped at Archery World to talk with Billy. He guaranteed that the bow would be in on Friday 7/29.back. Stopped in at Archery World Friday after 5pm. Billy came out to the parking lot to talk with us. We felt that this was deliberate and that Billy was looking for us. He said he didn’t have the bow. He offered several things to make up for the inconvenience, but after the constant failure to keep us posted about our order as he said he would, the offer was mute. We asked for a refund and Billy said he had that information and would process it. This did not happen and had to open a dispute with our credit card bank. Disappointing, especially since our daughter’s school recommended Archery World.

In town for an archery shoot and brought in some arrows that needed fletching. Told them what we needed and they were more than accommodating. I couldn't have asked for better service or nicer people. Wow! I would rate 10 stars if I could.
